The Devil’s Own - 1 oz gin, 1 oz dry vermouth, 1 oz orange liquor, dash Angostura Bitters
The Cat’s Eye - Mix 1.5 oz Gin, 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth, 0.25 oz Maraschino, 0.25 oz Orange Liquor, and a dash of fresh lemon juice. Stir with ice and drain into cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.
Eyeball-Tini - Cut an olive-shaped hole in the middle of a radish. Peel stripes in the radish skin to achieve the blood-shot effect. Put olive inside of radish and secure with toothpick. Throw the eyeballs in a normal martini to create a ghoulish eyeball-tini.
The Color-Changing Martini - Chop a cabbage leaf, put in bowl and add boiling water, allowing color to seep into water. Add a tsp. of cabbage water to a martini glass. Add a very small amount of baking soda, until the water turns blue. Add gin and vermouth. When serving, add a chunk of dry ice and the pale blue will change to purple.
