How to make lime eyeball: Prepare a day before the party. Cut maraschino cherries in half. Use dab of red caramel to stick chocolate chip to cherry to form pupil. Cut a straw into 1” pieces, dip into caramel, and stick into cherry. Allow caramel to set overnight. Before party, slit lime wheel, stick cherry into slit and place on glass. How to make red caramel blood: Combine 1 c sugar, 1/2 c light corn syrup, 1/4 c hot water, and 1/4 tsp red food coloring. Heat over med-high heat for about 4-6 min (soft ball stage). Remove from heat, let cool. use spoons to create drips over glass rims. Allow to sit overnight.
