Caramel Apple Martini - shake 2 oz Sour Apple Schnapps, 2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps, 1 oz vodka and ice. Pour over caramel candy in martini glass.
Saw a bunch of fall decor while I was out & about today. Which means it’s about time to start adding to my Halloween props - As a student, I’m pretty strapped for cash so I’m hoping to make some of the ones I’ve posted and a few that I’ve got in my head - if anyone has some simple prop ideas, send ‘em my way, I’m in DIY mode this year.
The Devil’s Skin - prewarm a glass with hot water and discard. Add 1.5 - 2 oz Irish Whiskey, lemon peel, and hot spiced wine. Garnish with citrus peel. (Spiced Wine - in a sauce pan, bring 1 bottle red wine to a simmer. Stir in 3 tbsp brown sugar and a mulling bag filled with with .5 tsp whole allspice, 05 tsp whole cubeb or black pepper, .5 stick of cinnamon, and 1 bay leaf. Remove the bag of spices, serve hot.)
Cider Jack Cocktail - combine 2 oz applejack liquor, 1 oz lemon juice, and a splash grenadine. Top with hard apple cider.
